Dear Parents/Guardians;
Each year Parker Unified asks our parents, staff, and students to fill out a brief 10 question survey regarding your satisfaction with the schools. This survey is always filled out in conjunction with Parent Teacher Conferences in the spring. Below, you will find a link to the satisfaction survey. If you have more than one child in the district feel free to fill out a survey for each school your children attend. All answers are confidential and the score is tabulated by the survey. PUSD uses this information to help improve the schools in which our children attend.
